Dawlish Warren Seaside Holiday Cottage - Sleeps 6 Very Comfortably

Our bungalow is set on a quater of an acre plot facing the open fields and rolling hills of the Devonshire countryside, and yet we are within a few minutes walking distance of all the loacal amenities and the beautiful Dawlish Warren Beach making this the perfect location for your holiday.

Relax in the evenings after a long day on the beach, keep an eye on the children whilst they play in our encolsed private garden. Our holiday cottage is tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard. Graded 4 star by Quality in Tourism and 4 star by The A.A.

The lounge/diner has French doors leading to a south facing conservatory with comfortable seating.

The conservatory leads to the patio area and enclosed rear garden. The rear garden is big, private and functional with a decent sized patio area and large six seater table and recliner chairs. South Facing - The back garden is the sunny side!

There are 3 double bedrooms, sleeping 6 comfortably.

Lounge/Diner: 53" TV with Sky including Sky Sports, Sky Movies, Music System (Bring your own CD and DVDs), (Free Broadband dedicated WI-FI included )

Kitchen: Dish Washer, Electric oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer.

Bedroom 1: 6ft Super King Bed. 32 inch  TV with sky. (Bathroom 2 serves this bedroom!)

Bedroom 2:  King size Bed, TV.

Bedroom 3: Two 3ft single beds, TV.

Bathroom 1: Basin, WC and shower (Electric).

Bathroom 2: Basin, WC and shower (Gas) 

Outside utilty room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Large front garden with driveway to accomodate up to 3 cars and private enclosed rear garden.

Travel cot (please bring cot bedding) and high chair available at no extra cost.

Gas and electric supplied at no extra cost.

Free Dedicated WiFi

Guests are required to vacate the bungalow by 10.00 am on the day of departure. This is required to allow the property to be made ready for our next guests arrival at 2 pm. 

We are walking distance approx 10 minutes to the beach passing all the shops and amenities along the way, including pubs, supermarket, bakery, chinese takeaway, chip shops and doctors surgery


There is a large Sainsbury's just at the top of the lane approx 0.5 mile

Dawlish Warren Beach has European Blue Flag and Seaside Award Clean Beach status, that with a new water treatment plant at Dawlish Warren makes the bathing waters some of the cleanest now in Europe. It has good public facilities nearby, along with large grassed play area, children's rides, amusements, cafes and shops all in an area safely away from the road.


Only 15 minutes from Exeter and 30 minutes from Dartmoor.There is a train station at both Dawlish and Dawlish Warren. Making this the perfect location for visting the local attractions.

Accessibility: Level parking at the front of the property for up to three vehicles. This bungalow is not ideal for wheelchair access. (There is a step by the front door, and access has not been tested for manouvreability! There is also a large step from the lounge into the conservatory)
